Did you realize that the food we eat...

 ...can and is causing us such mental and physical health problems these days?

I may start posting an every other day post on certain foods and their benefits. What do you all think?

It was only a few years ago, when this was brought to my attention. It started when I was having arthritis pain at age 32... My pastor explained to me all the flours and refined sugar issues. Then I started studying up on Chiropractic health and how foods affect that. It was an eye opener.

Let me know what you think and also give me some ideas on what YOU'VE learned from your research!

I totally agree.

grains and sugars are inflammatory....if you have joint pain, those foods can aggravate/cause it.

processed foods are killing us.

Fructose (not necessarily the kind in fruit, but think HFCS) is causing obesity and fatty liver disease.


I work for a chiropractor that also deals with kinesiology, nutrition, etc.

Absolutely! My life and health changed dramatically when I quit eating wheat/gluten. I also feel a huge difference when I take in too many refined sugars.
