I may start posting an every other day post on certain foods and their benefits. What do you all think?
It was only a few years ago, when this was brought to my attention. It started when I was having arthritis pain at age 32... My pastor explained to me all the flours and refined sugar issues. Then I started studying up on Chiropractic health and how foods affect that. It was an eye opener.
