Do you make them? Very specific or just in general? How do you plan to reach your goals?

I don't really make them and I call them my intentions.  lol  My intentions are to get back in the gym and start back with the treadmill and just to be healthier like I WAS doing until a few weeks ago.   lol   :)

Haven't finalized them yet, but I make them very specific, otherwise I don't stick to them.

So far, I want to eliminate more refined grains, potatoes, pasta, white bread and rice and eat more whole grains.

Add walking to my exercise routine, get back to the gym, which I've slacked off the last few months.

DH & I make some together, but haven't finalized those yet.

1 mom liked this

I've tried but have always been uber bad at keeping them. This year I'm calling them goals and won't feel bad if I can't achieve them. I'm going back to my diet and moving more and I'm determined to find a mental health professional who will do the work needed to help my daughter.

 Sounds like a good plan.
