Do you fit daily exercise into your life?

I keep trying to get an exercise routine started but it's hard to stick to a plan.

Do you exercise regularly?  How do you stay motivated and on track?

I was good at going to the gym everyday but have seriously slacked off lately.

I hurt my knee and back so I stopped working out for a month. I felt so bad and all my clothes are fitting tight again. I have just started working out again. I think friends that you can workout with are a good way to keep you motivated and on track :)

I am trying to loose weight for my health and so that is my motivation and my kids. When Curves closed which I went to 4x's a week because it was 2 mins from my house I had to find a new place to go. I decided to go back to the gym where I was a member before Curves. I love going to water aerobics in their heated pool. It is nice!

Yep.

10,000 steps a day- I wear a pedometer all the time.

I used to race all the time.

My knees started hurting at around age 50, so I started walking and hiking.
