I have been getting migraines since I was about 16. Normally they will last a day and I am fine with Advil or Tylonol and up until here recently I have only been getting them about once or twice a year so they have not been too bad. But here the last couple of months I seem to get one every couple of weeks. They are getting more severe too but because I can't just call in to work everytime I get one I have to work through them. It is to the point that I want to cry it hurts so bad. It is not just in my head but in my neck too. Are there any tricks that you ladies use to get through them that I could try short of just chopping my head off?
