I drench makeup remover round cotton pads with the witch hazel and place on them...leave on for at least 5 min. During my last pregnancy it was a life saver. Do it as often as possible.
Make sure u are getting enough water to drink, take a stool softner and try not to sit too long on the toilet.
It is the worst, n embarrassing.
Hope this helps

I don't have a remedy for the hemorrhoids but natural calm magnesium supplement will def. help your constipation. I had it really bad and it finally went away. Hope that helps.

I'm sorry :(

Have you tried a tea bag, warmed and steeped? Also make sure you drink lots of fluid, no sugar, do not strain and maybe try a food that usually loosens you up. I also read lol.

I hope they give you some relief soon!

Let it sit on the area. Maybe just slide it in between your cheeks. You could probably also take a bath with tea bags.
