Put myself on a week's bed rest

After being sick over the weekend and not being able to keep anything down and losing about 4 lbs, I'm back to my regular schedule tonight. I kinda think beyond the cold that some of it could've been from caffeine withdrawal. I stay under 300 mg but get close at 240 mg and over the weekends, I really only get about 120mg at most. I tried to put the weight back on by loading up on carbs though they still didn't stay down very much. I have an appointment on Tuesday and have a chat with the doc.

I am kind of doing that too just because of all the contractions and pain in my vajayjay. I am going to talk to my ob about it but I feel the need to lie low.
