If it is more than a few drops, you havn't had sex in the last 24 hours, and you know its coming from the vaginal area and not from somewhere else, then I would call the doctor. If its a tiny bit and no cramping then I would get some sleep and keep an eye on it till morning. If it gets heavier and you get crampy I would definitly go into L&D.

If it is vaginal bleeding pease go in! Bleeding was the ONLY sign I was in preterm labor with my daughter. I had called in and they told me to lay down and drink water. I was not in pain at all! Just bleeding. Not trying to scare. Just believe in "better to be safe."

Hope it is nothing!

I would call and ask your OB/midwife.
