Sometimes it's seems that she struggles to drink her milk, so when do we go to the larger size nipple?

If she's struggling I'd try and move up to the next one. I usually move them up at three months. Though I tried moving with this one and it was too fast for her but the others were too slow, so I had to move to the variable teat - the hole shaped like a cross.

Is she bf's also? Because I was told you don't move up on bf'd babies nipples.

When they slow down on their drinking or they start struggling. Rowan is still doing good one the 0-3 month ones and still downs it pretty fast so we have probably another month or two before we move him up.
