I am pretty sure I'm 4 weeks today. Was hoping this would say 2-3 so I'd know I'm at least 4. Oh well! At the doc now for my first appointment! :) oh by the way the 1-2, 2-3 is weeks since ovulation

I had seen these on television but I'm a cheapskate so I passed on it.....mainly because hcg levels can vary so much at different points in pregnancy. For instance normal hcg levels at (going by LMP) 3 weeks are 5-50, 4 weeks 5-426, 5 weeks 18-7340........all these varying levels are considered normal. So if your levels come up at 18 I don't see how the test could tell you whether you were 3, 4, or 5 weeks along because 18 falls into the normal range category on them all.

I was 4 weeks when mine said 1-2 weeks.
The test reads hgc where as doctors count from last menstrual period.
Im five weeks now but if I did this test again it'd say 2-3 weeks. KWIM?

I had a positive blood test at the hospital so I went out and got one of these tests today.  I thought they were so neat but I didn't want to waste money on them if I wasn't pregnant.  I'm not too concerned with the numbers, I just thought it looked cool.

When do the numbers stop going up? Like 3-4, 5-6, 7-8? Is there a limit?
