ok so its a long story but ill try make it short (sorry for my bad english by the way)

ok so me and my husband was ttc for awhile and we got worried
that something is not ok because 2 years together without any type of birth control and no baby
so we went to the fertility clinic to check if we are ok

so our results came back all fine,
than the doctor gave me trigger shot (im ovulating on my own i dont know why it was necessary but anyway) and after they gave me dactil

so first thing was
my period was regular always, but when i took dactil
it was one week late and when the period came it was the most painful thing ever,
so i was here in cm talk to some ttc girls and one of them that ttc for long time told me that its weird that the doctor gave me just for like 5 days to drink those pills, she said if i take them i cant stop after 5 days because if i do get pregnant i might lost the baby.

so we stopped to go there, because all we wanted is to get checked
the results showed we can get pregnant naturally so why need them?

anyway, we stopped and after 5 months i got pregnant naturally
and now im 8 weeks pregnant

yesterday i had like 2 spots of blood so i freaked out and run to the hospital
well the same lady that was checking me in the fertility clinic was there to check me,
and she recognized me

so than they make me ultrasounds
she check my cervix and she said there is no vaginal bleeding at all
and the ultrasound show the baby is totally ok (thanks god)
and she told me to take some pills and when she gave them to me it was dactil!

i search for them now and its like Piperidolate hydrochloride
i tried search what is that but i find results that make no sense at all
i mean what is that? and in why i need to take them?
what can happen if i stop?

and she again gave me just for 5 days
my next app is more 10 days

im afraid take them, i mean she say everything is ok with the baby
and i dont know what is dactil
im afraid!!
we been waiting so long for this baby >:

please if some of u have idea or can search for me what is that i will really appreciate it!!

im not gonna take them until i find out why i need them and what they do
and what can happen if i start and than stop to take,

i dont want take risks
i know we need listen to our doctors and do what they say
but this is just weird for me

so sorry again for bad english and for long post and thanks!!!

I have no idea why she'd give that to you, but it's a Class C drug and a potential correlation was found between that drug and minor malformations when taken in the first trimester in one study I read.  I personally wouldn't take it and call tomorrow to ask what it was given to you for.

Dactil is another one Ipersonally wouldn't take.  It's a uterine relaxant, but there was a study here in the US that linked it to birth defects.  BUT, it's your choice.  Do you have a history of miscarriage?

i dont understand why she gave it to me
is it possible my uterus to tight for the baby and she want dactil to relax it?

No, baby is tiny tiny tiny right now.  No way it's too tight.  When women here in the US spot, they don't really do anything besides check progesterone levels and HCG levels.  Uterine relaxants aren't given.  Honestly, if your body was to miscarry the baby, there's usually a good reason for it (chromosomal abnormalities, etc) that a uterine relaxant isn't going to help/change.  Cramping can be a normal symptom of pregnancy and not necessarily something to worry about or treat.  Just make sure you drink a lot of water so dehydration isn't causing the cramps.
