Anyone else's baby waking up

A lot at night all the sudden? Since 1.5 months old he slept 6-12 hrs straight. Now all the sudden at 4 months old he wakes up every 3 to 4 hrs and stays up. I read about 4 month olds doing this and some keep it up and others stop after a week or two...it's been a week and it's not stopping. I'm so tired!

Shelby only sleeps 3 to 5 hours for her first stretch of the night and is then up every 1 to 3 hours too eat or be changed. Sometimes i just have to give her a teething tablet and pacifier and pat her back if she is restless and her gums are bothering her.

Adrianna has been getting stuffy noses at night so she's been up more lately.

Twins still eat every 2-4 hours around the clock

I'm so used to Adrianna waking up frequently so when she slept for 5 hours straight I woke up to check on her and now I can't get back to sleep :/

Not all night long, but once it's about 2am he starts waking up periodically.  He's never fully awake & as soon as we pop the pacifier back in his mouth he goes right back to sleep.

It varies here. Some nights she sleeps all nite and some night she wakes up once or twice. I have tried cereal but she spits it out and it clogs the nipple on her bottle.
