I try to go to the gym at least a couple times a week. I really like lifting weights & I also do a few miles on the bike. I used to run (outside, treadmill, elliptical), but now it hurts my boobs too much. No matter how tight of a sports bra (or two) that I have on, they still bounce around too much.
Now that it's nice out I'm going to start walking with the boys. I'd like to start Insanity again, but I think that will have to wait until I'm done BFing...to much jumping for the tatas.

I go for walks. Gyms are our of the question for me since I have no sitter.

I walk. The gym aroind me are 1) not foe families and 2) not for women.

I like it a lot. I did it before i got prego too. Its on youtube. The first day or two is intense and i was sooo sore but now its much easier

I'm joinging the gym again April 1st!! I'm excited to go as much for the childcare as I am the working out - It's taking forever to heal from the csection.  I'm hoping I can lose the baby weight and feel like myself again soon!
