TEEN SEX - ever wondered how to REALLY talk to teens about waiting until they are married to have sex?

Happy Friday!

My husband and I are watching a weekly video series called Laugh Your Way To A Better Marriage at a local church.  It talks about the differences in men's and women's brains (HUGE difference by the way).  Anyway, there is a video series for teens that REALLY explains why they should wait until they are married to have sex (not what we heard when we were kids I assure you). 

Anyway, take a look if you struggle with this area of teenhood.  We are definately going to invest the $60 to show our 13 year old son and daughter.  With any luck...we will not be grandparents at a way too early age - LOL.

I don't really know how other parents have had "The Talk" but with my 15 year old son I have been both very candid and open as possible. I think what may have helped in my case is he now as a 2 year and a 9 month old sisters. He told me the other day he wasn't having sex because he didn't want kids. He sees what I go through with his sisters and thats not him. He loves them in his own way, but like you I'm not ready to be a grandparent anytime soon. Talking to me is the best way.
