I sent my teen to a Chef's Inc cooking class and I'm so glad I did. It was Mexican Feast themed and they made salsa, guacamole with homemade chips, chicken enchiladas, corn, a great pepper and bean salad with lime cilantro dressing, and churros for dessert. Best of all, it was a health conscious meal! Although it did cost $70 for the 3 hours, I feel it was well worth it. First of all, he enjoyed himself so much and is looking forward to his next class titled Asian Invasion. Also, knowing that he will be leaving to college soon enough, it pleases me to know that he enjoys cooking healthy and tasty meals to take care of himself. I highly recommend a teen cooking class to all you teen moms, and I know that you can't go wrong with Chef's Inc.
I think that this is a great idea, especially for boys who normally aren't interested in cooking. Thanks for sharing your experience.
