Does your family eat dinner at the table, unplugged every night? How important this is to you and your family?

We do and it is of great importance to us.

It's a special moment where we talk about what we did, what we'd like, etc.

We always did also when our kids still lived at home. It was what kept us connected. We knew what was going on with our kids. Dh & I still eat together every night. Youngest DS also, when he is off work.

No, we don't.  There are too many activities going on for us to be able to do this every night.

Do you unplug at dinner time or is the TV on?

Almost every night, unless it's special family movie night or something.
