 Pork tenderloin but not sure how I'll fix it, plus salad and spinach.

 I made pork tenderloin tonight too. How did you cook yours?

 I season it and baked it in the oven with a little water in the pan and covered it with tin foil.  Will use the leftovers this week for a pot pie.

 I sliced it into medallions, dipped it in flour seasoned with garlic salt, parsley and pepper and panfried it. mashed potatoes and pan gravy, salad and sauteed spinach.

I made a pork butt shoulder in the crockpot. Last night we had shredded pork tacos, tonight we will have pulled pork sandwiches.

 It's such a time saver to cook a large piece of meat and then use for more than one meal.
