Blueberry Smoothie

My favorite blueberry smoothie

½ cup coconut milk

½ cup coconut water

½ cup blueberries

1 teaspoon matcha green tea( optional )

(You may also add ¼ to ½ of an avocado to boost healthy fat and potassium, as well as create a creamy texture)

Blend. Enjoy!

I imagine that you could use any fruit for this.

As a matter of fact you can...I am a huge berry lover so I have made this with blueberries, strawberries and raspberries...I have even made it with Acai berry ( I had to use an organic power form of Acai since I couldn't find Acai berries)...delicious!!!
I always add the avocado which does in fact create a creamy texture.
