Ingredients

Instructions
  1. In a stand mixer beat cream, extract and stevia until peaks form.
  2. Blend in cream cheese and cocoa until combined.
  3. Pipe into 4 servings dishes (1/3 cup each) and top with cacao nibs if desired.
  4. Keep refrigerated.

I had no idea there was such a thing as peppermint stevia. Hmmm, I may have to try this.

I didn't either. Stevia is more expensive than I can afford. So I will think about how to go about this a different angle.

I clicked the peppermint stevia link after I posted. I had no idea it would cost that much! Sadly, I'll be passing on this recipe.

I have peppermint flavoring and I will figure out the sweetening part.

I thought about using homemade peppermint sugar as a substitute, but that would mean it's no longer guilt free.😢
