I ALWAYs have progresso light soups. They are ZERO points and VERY good. I also have healthy choice and weight watchers ice cream. healthy choice is 2 poitns and weight watchers is 2. I have the 100 cal packs and ff pringles (thanks to tips by other cafemom users) and if i'm particularly hungry i have a nice protein packed snack (although that's a lot of points) and i have something like a pb&J. although the Healthy Choice TV dinners range from 4-7 points and are actually REALLY good for tv dinners and include a full serving of vegetables.

I also keep the Orville Reddenbacher 94% Fat Free popcorn. It's zero points. I also have the WW ice cream snacks, and I generally eat WW frozen meals for lunch. That way I'm left with a few extra points for dinner or dessert. Oh, and I just started using an egg substitute from Costco for breakfast. I have 2 servings each morning and it's 2 points. It keeps me going for hours without getting hungry.

I keep the 100 Calorie Nabisco snacks handy at work and at home. I have the fat free popcorn, tortilla chipsand canned cheese dip, weight watcher muffins. The chocolate one is heavenly!! I also do the fat free ice cream and WW ice cream sandwiches.
I was wondering though, someone posted about the popcorn being 0- points. HOW did you come up with that? Cause I always get three points. Am I doing something wrong??? |

I think I posted that.
I get Orville Reddenbacher's Smart Pop. It's 94% Fat Free Butter flavored. Calories= 15 Fat=2 Fiber=4 According to my points calculator that equals zero. You have to make sure you calculate based on the "Popped" column, not the unpopped column. I don't know why they even put the unpopped column on there. |
