Let's face it. Children require a lot of energy to take care of them. Well, by the time we reach our 40's it's a real challenge to keep up with the little ones! I myself am a 40-something mom raising 2 energetic young boys ages 5 & 7 yrs. old. I know how tiring it can be. If you are a 40-something mom (or older) raising young children, please join my group.
