Chicken Pox? Help!

Ok ladies I'm freaking out! My 2.5 year old daughter had about 5 little bumps on her belly/ back yesterday and I didn't think much about it because she has pretty sensitive skin. But now today it has multiplied to at least 30 bumps all over her back/ belly/ sides/ and neck. I started questioning if it is chicken pox but she's not itchy and they are pretty small spots. Some have a little whitehead like a pimple. Oh and she did throw up in the car this morning too but I assumed it was motion sickness because she doesn't have a fever and she was totally fine after it was done. She's not allergic to anything that I know of. She hasn't ate anything different or had any new lotions on. What do you guys think it could be?

I've never had chicken pox, so I wouldn't know.  My first thought would be poison ivy or oak.  Odd because I woke up with a rash on my back on Sunday morning.  Did the same thing and went through the list, nothing new in my diet, detergents, lotions.  Benedryl didn't help at all and now it's spread to my stomach and arm.  Haven't even been outside to get something, so no idea.

There is a stomach virus going around. Did some of the bumps go away after she got sick?

This happened to my son a few weeks ago he would get these red bumps and would vomit the a few hours later they would go away. Then that was followed by diarrhea.

She didn't get any worse. There are still red marks but they didn't get ichy, open up, or scab so I know it's not chicken pox. I just never heard of a viral rash before.

My husband and Brandon have both had them before.

I think it's called a post viral rash.
