Little C is sick.....

Today has been a rough day on my little guy, he started coughing this morning, and he has been sleeping all day. He plays for a few minutes, I look away and then turn around asleep again, he feels hot and not eating much. I have never had him act this way so it's scares me a little. I think I'll call the octor tomorrow. Do you think I am over reacting?

I don't think the doctor is going to be able to do anything for him unless it turns out to be an infection.  Might want to wait a little to see if he develops other symptoms.

I would say go with your gut. Even if the doc can't really do anything, he/she could give you the things to keep a look-out for. Is he drinking and staying hydrated?

He slept good last night, just real strung out this morning, and very warm. Thanks ladies

I called and the nurse told me just to watch him, and keep fluids in him. Sound like he just has a cold, he is a lot better today, still sleeping a lot and coughing, but at least he is eating and playing.

Horrible night last night, I was up all night with him. Poor thing he is so miserable.

I am so sorry to hear that he is sick!  I know a lot of times i like to go to the doc for piece of mind.  Hang in there!  It is tough taking care of little ones when they can't tell you how they are feeling.  You are doing a great job!
