Deck the Halls - Stan Hywet Halls!

for the last 4 years we have not missed going to Stan Hywet for the Christmas season.

We love it, every year there is a new theme, and the whole grounds are lit up. 

Have you been, what do you think of Stan Hywer?

Our Deck the Hall theme for 2012 is “Sounds of the Season.” Decorations throughout the house will be inspired by Christmas songs: hear and see your favorite holiday melodies like White Christmas, Silent Night, Jingle Bells and more. There is a nightly tree lighting and Santa is in the Courtyard to meet and great everyone. Stay warm and toasty near the outdoor fireplace. There’s also gingerbread, nuts and cocoa nearby. Molly’s will be stocked with gifts for everyone on your list and children’s activities are planned to keep everyone entertained. A half a million holiday lights turn this spectacular historic estate into a winter wonderland of shapes and colors.

We are actually finishing up the Deck the Halls stuff today :)
