I'm interested in grinding my own flour and was wondering if anyone had experience with this. Where did you purchase your whole grains? What tools did you use? Any difference in your baking? And, most importantly, is it economical? TIA

I know nothing of grinding my own flour, but am just as interested as you. I have read somethings in Hobby Home Mag. about the grinders. They seem to be a okay size for a home, but i think they might be a bit pricey.  If I can find my old mag I'll let you know the month. You could also check it out online. at hobbyfarms.com
