My LO has had eczema on her cheeks and now that she has a cold it is more red. Her face is getting super blotchy. Has anyone else noticed this when your child is sick?

I think this tends to happen as their body is fighting a cold, virus, bacteria infections.

She's a lot better now. Thankfully she was only bad for a few days!

Yes, my kids get this too. I put coconut oil on their faces. It helps.
