Light headedness can be common, as your heart pumps more blood during pregnancy. If you are hungry, tired, dehydrated, or get up too fast, you might feel faint. (As always, if you're concerned, be sure to consult your doctor.) If you are feeling dizzy always lie down (so that you don't fall) and try lying on your left side which will increase blood flow to your heart. Have you had any dizzy spells?

I get them especially when I'm working out, I just have to sit down for a bit and take it easy.

I am constantly faint, dizzy, & exhausted. But I'm anemic & B deficient, so that kind of makes it worse too. Lol
