I think I may have found what works for me that cuts back on my awful nausea. When I wake up in the morning I make myself 2 pieces of toast, no jelly, and drink orange juice. Also, throughout the day I eat trail mix or something light to keep myself from getting hungry....this is day 3 of no nausea!

Nausea for me was always caused by hinger or needing to burp

Yay! I find my nausea is usually due to hunger as well. As long as I keep my stomach from being empty, I'm usually in okay shape.
