I hope it is okay to do this. This isn't my dog, but he has touched so many lives here in Mississippi and all over the WORLD! Anyway, please go to this link, read Francis' story and VOTE for him. Francis WON! Congrats to him and CARA (she shelter that took him in)...that $10,000 will definitely help them! I knew he could do it!
