What are you doing to stay in shape?

If you were exercising before becoming pregnant, you should be able to continue in moderation. If you haven't exercised before, its not too late, but make sure you consult your doctor. Some good activities to try while expecting are swimming, walking, stationary cycling and yoga. Avoid activities where you might fall. What are you doing to keep fit?

Well to stay in a round shape I got pregnant again
