I'm excited for Bones!! However, I was not at all thrilled with the episode about "The Finder". I didn't like it at all and I really hoped they wouldn't pick it up. But not only did they pick it up, but they are going to have it air in Bones' slot starting mid-season. I'm not happy with that at all. I felt "The Finder" was a rip off of Burn Notice. Ugh! Vent over!

totally agree about "the finder".  haven't watched burn notice.  everything that guy did for that case bones and booth could have done by making a few calls.  oh, and how does the woman run a bar when she is running all over the country "finding" things.  not everything can be found in that generic florida town.

Well, I love Burn Notice. I love the guy that played "The Finder". I have since he was had a recurring role on 7th Heaven, but I just could not take watching it. The entire time I was like, "Where is Booth, Brennan and the rest of the squints?" I wanted to watch Bones, not the pilot episode of "The Finder"!!

Burn Notice is awesome. It is set in Miami, Florida(just like "The Finder"). There is the main guy, Michael, (main guy in the finder). Then a girl with an accent (like the finder), and a "muscle" type guy (like the finder).

Other than the above there really isn't anything else the two shows have in common. But it was enough to make me not want to watch "The Finder".

So, I recommend Burn Notice(it is a USA Network show!). 

Other than Bones, I don't watch FOX.

Yes, Lie to Me was cancelled. Along with Human Target and something else I can't remember off the top of my head. I know it says in the article that I linked.

I agree with you. Im THRILLED for Bones to be back however pissed it will start Nov 3 and only air 6 episodes. But I understand that b/c Emily is pregnant they have to work around her and her baby. It will be a great 6 episodes and I can't wait to see them. The Finder does look alot like Burn Notice and I watch it. So we shall see how this plays out.
