I have a huge connection with my goddess and no issue there. For about a month now I have really felt imbalanced. I honor my god but not as much or often as the goddess. So I have had it in my head to erect a stang altar in the yard for the god. I made a trigle goddess symbol some time ago. Couple days ago the maiden crescent broke off. Now I have a god symbol. It just felt like such a significant sign for me. So now that I have decided to erect this god altar I have questions. I have the set of antlers my dog gave me. I want to attach it to the top but not sure how. Also wondering if there is any difference between a table altar and stang altar (other than horizontal vs vertical). Is there anything I should know beforehand? Ive never gone verticle before! Thanks ladies!

not sure what a stang altar is. Could you explain? I used to repair furniture for a living and know a whole lot about industry strength adhesives and other ways to attach this to that(generically speaking)

A stang altar is like a staff with a forked end. It's put vertically in the ground either permanently or temporary. You can also put it in a big planter and keep it permanently temporary :) The antlers weren't working for me for some reason so I went a different direction.
