A Mind Jar is a meditation tool to use whenever your child feels stressed, overwhelmed, or upset. When you shake the jar, imagine your thoughts swirling around, then watch them settle slowly as you calm down.

You need:

1 Tablespoon of glitter glue (color of your choice)

1 cup hot water

Food coloring to match your glitter glue

1 small tub of glitter

The glue makes the water thick and gooey, so the glitter slowly and gently swirls around.

wow great idea I need to go to the craft store. Or amazon lol, I wonder if I could make a glow in the dark one. My dd has nightmares sometimes. not as bad now since I bought her a dream catcher made by our local tribe.
