2 parts chamomile 1 part each mugwort, peppermint, jasmine flowers, a sprinkle of cinnamon or 1 stick- Mix all, except cinnamon. Use 1t per tea cup. Add boiling water, steep covered, for a few minutes. Add cinnamon. Honey may be added, but do NOT use sugar. Drink before bed to relax and induce psychic dreams. ~ She also has some articles on Witchvox.

If you don't have all this, Celestial Seasonings has Sleepy Time teas that are yummy, too.

Oh I love those! That's my favorite go-to for the nights I'm too lazy to make my own, lol.

Agree, but jasmine does a pretty good job of leveling out the taste, add the peppermint and I doubt you'd even notice it.

That's your measurements. 1 part is 1t 1T 1c, depending on the size of batch your making. Does that make sense? I can't do links on my phone, but maybe someone can explain mugwort as it isn't yet in my herbal arsenal.
