As I have scrolled through the groups available on this wonderful site I noticed something was missing, a group for tween boys.  The tween groups are great, but it seems that most posts are about girls.  The parenting boys groups are also nice, but seem to be mainly about babies.  Hence the birth of the boys2men group :)  I am a VERY busy lady with a full time job and two boys to raise.  Daniel is 10 (11 in November) and is definately going through "the change".  Skylar is 8 (9 in October) and has Autism.  Due to the pressures of life for me and for all of you, I would like this to be a self supportive and managed group if possible.  Be honest with feedback and advice to others, but tactful as well.  We are all in this together and I wish this to be a safe haven and place of comfort and support, NOT a war zone.  I therefore leave you with probably the ONLY intelligent thing ever said on the Jerry Springer show...."Take care of yourselves, and each other"!

Hello,  I have a son that is 11 years old, but does he drive me up the wall sometimes. I also have a son that is 7 and plus 2 daughters that are 5 and 7. Boy, imagine my stress with them. my 11 year old is currently throwing fits because, he assume that nobody likes him.  He is very smart and some of the kids call him a nerd. He will be going to sixth grade when school starts back, so he thinks he won't make any friends.

Hi. I am Tanya.    My son will be 12 at end of this month and will be in 7th grade when school starts in Fall..

We are still going through " No one likes me"  too..  My son is very smart and has tried to downplay it the last 2 years or so by no doing so well in school.   He is certain going through "the changes"..  Drive me crazy..

I also have 10 year daughter, who is starting to go through the changes also..
2 moody tweens is enough for me to want to run away sometimes..  I am counting down the days til school starts.

Hi, My name is Michelle, and my son Kory is 9 1/2... He's soon to be going into the 4th grade, in just 1 more month of summer left! YAY! He's generally a good kid, except when he whines or cops an attitude... he also likes to argue... Is it just me, or am I to the point to where seeing, or hearing Pokemon, or Yu-Gi-Oh! makes me just want to SCREAM?!? It was bad enough when he went thru his Teletubbies/Barney/Power Ranger stages!! I can handle Spongebob to an extent... I keep him busy with Cub Scouts, Camp Hammond, church, ANYTHING other than POKEMON!! I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you! Have a nice evening...

Hey everyone! I'm Kimberly...mom to Will who turned 12 this past December and he will be in the 7th grade this fall. I also have a 9 year old daughter Kacie. I have been divorced from their father since December, the kids live with me and during all this Will decides to go through puberty! WHEW! I dread the teenage years with both of them!

Hi, my name is Cristen.  I have three kids; 2 boys ages 11 and 6 and a girl who will be 3 in Sept.  My 11 yr old is driving me crazy.  I just don't get him any more.  He constantly argues with my hsuband and I, he seems to always be picking on his younger brother and sister, and he doesn't want to work for anything.  I was very excited when I found this group.  I am hoping we can all support each other and swap ideas.

Hello!! I was so glad to finally find this group. I have one son who will be 12 in October and in the 5th grade. He has a speech problems but is a very smart boy. I have no ideal on what I'm fixing to go thru. He already has under arm hair and a smart mouth and he loves to argue.
