I am wondering what kind of science activities you do with your kids. I am needing ones for younger kids, and ones that don't cost a lot of money, maybe with stuff you already have around the house.
Also, I just found a great science book. It is called ScienceSaurus. It is a handbook, and is several hundred pages long. There is one page on just about every science subject you can think of and it is organized well. Also, as far as I can tell, it does not mention evolution or creation. So it is good for everyone, no matter how you believe the world was created since it isn't addressed.
So, any science activities to share?
With winter around the corner here, my DD's favorite 'science experiment' is painting big balls of snow or ice, and then we talk about melting and such as it melts in a big cake pan on the kitchen table.
Found a website with some neat experiments today.
