My Favorite Detox Book

The following book is phenomenal..Detoxification by Linda Page ND. She details the process, has tons of juicing recipes, and detoxes for everything under the sun...standard spring cleanse, all organs seperately, and ailments. There is a questionnaire in each section so you can determine which cleanse is best for you, and then she details the cleanse in terms of food, supplements, and bodywork you should do to cleanse properly. She is also a big raw food and sea vegetable proponent.

I highly recommend this purchase, I do all of my cleansing and coach others from info in this book.

The Importance of Safe Detoxification
