My DS is very picky...he will only eat chicken nuggets, mac n cheese, cereal, cereal bars, yogurt, cheese, pizza,PB&J. He won't eat what I cook and if he does I have to feed him and he won't eat veggies any more. What do I do? Should I just give him what I make and tell him that's what ur gonna eat.

My son will sometimes only try something new if it's on my plate.  I give him one bite.  If he comes back for another, I pretend to put some on his plate (where I've already put the same thing).  Then I put a bite on his fork from his plate for him, hand it to him and hope he eats it.  Lol.

He's usually pretty good, but if he didn't want to eat any veggies unless I fed him, I would feed him.  I don't really care how he eats them, as long as he does.

You could try puree-ing (it looked weird without the hyphen) veggies, like carrots, squash, corn... something close to mac and cheese color... then adding it to the mac and cheese when he's not looking.

If you chop your veggies really fine, you might be able to sneak them under the cheese in the pizza.
