Raggedy brownies?

Here's a way to make them look a little neater. I use foil in the pan, leaving an overhang for a handle. Spray the foil. When brownies are baked, let cool a few minutes, then using the foil handles, remove and flip upside down on a rack to finish cooling. Carefully remove foil. Cut the brownies while they are still upside down-this makes a big difference. You can move to a cutting board to make them easier to cut. Use a sharp knife that has a long blade. After each cut, wipe blade to clean and run  under hot water then dry. Use this method when you need pretty looking brownies to serve on your prettiest dish, not when you're about to die from lack of chocolate and the kids are pulling on you asking if they're done yet.

LOL...love that last bit. Ain't it the truth though sometimes?
