Looking for Cookie recepie PIOG

and i have no idea what kind of cookie it was *crys*!!!

The cookies was a chocolate cookie.  and it wasnt like any kind of cookie iv had before. it wasnt chew it was crunchy as in hard....but it was crunchy as in airy or umm crispy.  it reminded me of a lava rock type look. full of holes and it was so light it didnt wight much.  I had this cookie at my grandmathers high tea (once a year they put on a tea for moms serving finger foods and such) but i couldnt ever find who made them and get the recepie.  and im craving these cookies!!! i cant stand hubbys chocolate chip cookies any more...eww...

any help would be great thanks ladies!

Oh wait, was it like a chocolate meringue cookie? Seems like what I am thinking of may have been meringue with cocoa powder (if that's even possible, lol)!

I searched for them on Google and found some that look like what you described, but the link would not become clicky. Just google "chocolate meringue" and there are lots of recipes, if so!
