I had an idea the other day about writing for magazines. I have a story that could possibly be run in segments in a magazine. does anyone know what magazines would be good to try?

long story made short...i have been trying to write this book in between life in general for a couple years. it would be considered a novel. but it comes in sections. i thought about when i used to read little novel stories in magazines that i really liked. i thought maybe someone still did that. The book itself is called Chances. its about a women and her chances for love. any ideas?

I would do a search and see what pops up for novella's (which are short stories like you are speaking of) and see what companies come up.
