Great resource!

I like The Teenage Liberation Handbook and POC4U. I recommend them to everyone.

Great brain games. There's a 7 day free trial, and the monthly rates are reasonable.

I am using this book with audio cassettes to teach my 14 y/o civics.

May It Please the Court: Courts, Kids, and the Constitution: Live Recordings and Transcripts of Sixteen Supreme Court Oral Arguments on the Constitutional Rights of Students and TeachersI have also been able to find lesson plans online by Googling the names of the cases + the words (lesson plan). I actually Google "lesson plan" for a variety of subjects, such as reading classic novels.

Love McDougal-Littel's Language Network. You can get texts dirt cheap off of Amazon. These are concise grammar and composition resources, that make a good starting point for English.

Heavy metal music for vocabulary. I kid you not. Pick up a Metallica album and look at the lyrics. Vocabulary Cartoons is another good source that uses humor to teach.

I second the recommendation Cafi Cohen books.
