hi, im noa and im new, im 26 and have had my PARAGUARD in for about a year and 2 months. i was super excited to put it as i do not want anymore children and loved the fact that i will have no hormones. but......now i want to get my tubes tied or go back on BC. i have had 3 pregnancy scares in the last year, my periods arent very reliable anymore as they were on BC, is there any other pill out there that i can take while maybe still having the iud for extra support or should i just give up and get my tubes tied? i also smoke and am afraid to get back on the pill for various reasons. thanks in advance for any helpful advice!
