Dryer recommendations?

Does anyone have any dryer recommendations?  We are a family of 8.  I think that our current dryer may have dried it's last load :(

We have a large front loader I think it is a Maytag it is an expensive dryer but I love it, especially for a large family, it has a lot of sensors so that when the clothes are dry it won't just keep going it beeps and lets you know the clothes are done.  Good luck finding a good dryer :)

I have the same thing as the poster above me. I love it. But, if you can, buy the washer, too.  It does a ton of clothes and dries great.  I can do a dozen towels at once and then dry them.  My old dryer took 3 cycles to dry.  I got it when I was expecting twins (#4 & #5) and I can catch up on laudry very quickly.  Before, I was never caught up.

Mine recently went in for repair and I had to switch to an old regular model. Remembered bow much I hated my old dryer. the new one is a GE frontloader (have the matching washer too). I can get behind on laundry but catch up in a day! the washer spins the clothes practically dry without using a ton of water. Then the dryer dries everything until it is no longer wet and then stops! It gives a time estimate based on the size and soak of the load to be dried. They are expensive, but save you so much money in the long run and time too.
