Do your kids share rooms? Did you build a custom house? Do you live in the country for more space? Share your housing arrangements and pictures would be awesome! Hubby and I agreed for one more baby and I'm curious how you get them all to fit..LOL. We are currently in a 3 bedroom townhome and I'm pregnant with our 4th.

We have built on twice.  The first time we converted an extra large two car garage into a family room, three bedrooms, a storage closet, and a half bath.  We just finished the second addition.  We added on 1,200 square feet, which included 2  children's bedrooms, a mudroom/bathroom, a large toy storage, a master bedroom with a bath, a preschool play area, and a school room.  That also allowed us to take the preschool/sensory stuff out of the room it was in and make a real dining room instead of just our eat in.

We have 10 bedrooms.  By the end of the year, we should have 17 kids.  :)

I have 12 kids and can't wait to adopt again soon.  Waiting for the "match"!  I have children with Reactive Attachment Disorder, Down Syndrome, Autism, Asthma, Developmental Delays, Learning Disabilities, that are "typical" (whatever that means), and even far advanced.  We have problems, great days, and lots of fun!  We homeschool most, but love our local elementary as well.  We are a large family blessed by God with a multi-cultural family and the knowledge that everything "different" about us is ways that God has chosen to make us all special.  bouncing momhttp://lifeofthemomofmany.blogspot.com/

I have 5 children with one more due in July.  We live in a single story house that was built as a 2 bedroom home with a small guest room (sliding wall seperating) next to the living room.  We built a wall where the sliding wall was and made it into a tiny bedroom.  We also have a finished basement.  Currently I have 2 boys in the largest bedroom (they will be sharing with the 4th who is still in my room) and 2 girls in the tiny room.  Bedrooms are just for sleeping in - no toys or dressers.  Actually, my husbands dresser is in the boys room and mine is in ours so we don't have to go downstairs. Toys and dressers are all in the basement.  Previously we had them sharing rooms with dressers but this works better since we do have the room downstairs.  We have a small eat in kitchen but no dining room.  My husband made benches for the kitchen that double as storage space as there is not enough in the kitchen.  Before July my one yeare old will move in with his brothers and when the baby is born s/he will have a crib in my room.

We also have a large back yard.  Compared to the ones I had growing up or my husband had is is like 3 or 4 back yards put together.  We found and purchased this house shortly before #4 was born.  Our choices (in our price range, in the right neighborhoods, that had at least 3 bedrooms and a basement as I will not live anywhere with tonadoes without a basement) included a HUGE house with no yard and this one with a large yard.  My children could not live without being able to go outside often! :)

We have a 3 bedroom and we have the 3 girls sharing a room with the twin 21mth old boys.My oldest is 10 and has his own room(he had ADHD and some other special needs and can't share a room with the twin 21mth olds right now).My husband is sleeping in our room by himself.I'm still downstairs on the couch and the twin 7mth olds are sleeping in a large pack n play(just till they are sleeping through the night...teething right now and don't want them waking up the others upstairs). We will be moving next year to a 5 bedroom and my husband will be turning a large open room downstairs into 3 more bedrooms. My oldest will have his own room, each of the girls will have their own rooms, the 1st set of twins will share a room and the 2nd set will share a room.Just have to put up with a 3 bedroom for another year! :)

So far we have 3 boys and are ttc #4. We got really lucky and bought q foreclosure 5 bedroom for the price of a 3 bedroom. Our oldest has his own room and for now the 21 month old twins share a room, but will have their own rooms soon.

We plan on having our kids share rooms even if we do have the space, we feel it will give them skills they will need in the long run-learning to work with someone else, compromise, etc, plus it will hopefully help keep them out of trouble in the teenage years lol!

We currently have 3 kids and a 3 bedroom house. So we have one, our son has one, and our daughters have one. An added trickiness to our lives is that we are parents through adoption. So even though we COULD put 5 kids in one room if they were biological and nobody would know, it doesn't pass state space standards. We are able to adopt 2 more kids before having to add on to the house.

Our add on plan/hope is to put on a second floor, and make it all big bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

We have a 4 br house but we only use 3 of the bedrooms. My son and daughter, 7 and 4 share a room and his 2 daughtes, 7 and 10 share a room. Our 4th bedroom is in the basement and I dont think that any of the kids are ready to sleep down there by themselves. . . it's kinda scary! lol! I originally bought this house just for myself and my babies.

In the next 2 years we plan to have a house built, 5 bedrooms and at least 3 bathrooms on at lease 3 acres.

We live in a 3 bedroom house in the city.  My oldest has a room by hisself but hes 19 and in college.  we have 4 in one room  boys and girls two sets of bunk beds and the 1 yr old is in our room for now.  it's a tight squeeze but we make it work.  My oldest is moving away from home for college but my cousin who is 25 is moving in with her girl in his room so thats our set up.  all the toys are in the den lol and they have to change clothes in the bathoom for privacy.
