Ok i am going to try and make this as short as possible!
I have 4 kids(3 in school) 1 dh who works 3 jobs, I work 2 jobs(both in home). Needless to say we are busy as you ladies understand. So besides money issues(I would love suggestions on bringing in more money or cutting money in different areas), I have a new added stress to the matter.
DH's father has parkinsons and was just granted a large sum of money(over 50,000). His daughters and wife decided they had free reign over it and used quite a bit. So DH got power of attorney and has taken over everything. Well with him being so busy I am in charge of doing all of our bills and FIL bills. Along with his family hating me(not exageration) it has been stressful.
So what I am asking is ideas on organizing life in general. schedules, chores, ideas for bill paying to make it easier, ways to save/bring in money.

I like the books by the Maxwell family in theory...http://www.titus2.com/ for organizing the household especially the one on chores and the one on being a manager of my home. It's evangelical, but even though I'm not an evangelical I got a lot out of their system.
I use Quicken to keep track of my mom's bills.
