Ok I'm in denial of the whole middle child thing , however I have a son whom is just a terror and not sure what to do with him anymore ( we've done time out and spanking and taking toys ,tv , activities etc...) he is child 3 of 4 and he is the only one who acts like this . Last night for me was the determiner ,I need to find out more info on how to handle his behavior . I went to tuck everyone in and give hugs and kisses and he looks straight at me when it was his turn and tells me he doesn't like me or my kisses and hugs ... And there was no problems like few hours before this. Anyone have any info pass it on and thank you for reading .

I have behavior issues with my first boy number three of five.  It seems to be more developmental than placement since it gets better year by year.  How old is he?

Basil was really horrible at that age.  Three and four, but six is much better.  I find that I really have to watch that he's not skipping meals and getting enough sleep even now.

i have these troubles from time to time with both of my older kids..and my "middle" baby still sucks her thumb at almost 6 and have her luvy with her..she is smart and friendly...but she seems to go back to babyish behavior since my 15 month was born and i got together w my husband.. you need to give him some time to hang out w just you, maybe w/o all the errand running, and the other kids around....and i know it's hard but maybe being patient with him..and get him some therapy?? i'm thinking of one for my almost 6 year one cause of all these issues!!
