Hi, and welcome to the group!
I'm Mel, mom to Connor (3), Braeden (19mo) and a new baby girl, Morrigan (1mo).  Connor has an unofficial dx of PDD and will have his official eval in November.  Braeden will have his first eval after September, and is most likely autistic.  I am new to the spectrum, and an undx Apsie.  I am looking forward to meeting moms and their sweet kids!

  • Hi there,
I'm Melissa, wife to Chuck for almost 6 years and mom to an amazing 4 year old little boy named Ryan. Who was recently diagnosed with High functioning Autism, ADHD, mild hypotonia, and possible seizures. We will know the latter for sure in a few weeks. We are still learning about all this and are looking foward to meeting more families like ours in the area.

  • Hi, I'm Kristina.  I'm a little further away from you all (I'm in Lonoke, AR) but we come into the Memphis area from time to time.  It's a little over an hour away for us.  I'm married to Eddie and we have three kids:  Nathan (age 7), Amy (age 4) and Zachary (age 17 mos).  Nathan has PDD-NOS.  He's sweet natured and on the passive side, but he's got major speech issues and some sensory problems, too.

  • Hi, Everyone.  I'm Robin from the DC Metro Area.  I have an almost four year old  son that was recently diagnosed with PDD/NOS.  I'm here to find out information on how to deal/relate to children with this type of disability.

  • Hi, my name is Melanie.  I have 3 children and happily married.  My son, turning 14 next week, was diagnosed with AS last week.   Since he was 3 he has been diagnosed with ADHD, OCD, ODD and mood disorder.  I meet with the school, Olive Branch Middle School, for our first IEP meeting next Friday.  Any advise would appreciated.
