Although there are some GREAT cooking groups here on cafemom, I wanted to start a group dedicated just to *simple* country cooking. I do not like to spend hours making recipes, or have to buy exotic (and expensive!) ingredients that I will never use again--and I am definitely no gourmet chef! If simple, quick, and easy fits your lifestyle, then this group is for you :)
Before getting started, please check out the Group Index which is the first post in the group.
