Allow me to be the first to congratulate you on your design. I love the idea of knitting in panels: makes sewing up faster. Clever you designing the graph for the ribbons. I am sure that this blanket will bring someone much comfort when they are facing uncertainty.

Forgive me for not commenting earlier, spectacular work as always, and how talented of you to design it, I like panels or squares too, easier to manage and seem to work up quicker.

Beautiful work Patti and it will be much appreciated and cherished.

Yes Patti and then you converted it to a knitting pattern. Clever you.

I am currently being treated for metastatic breast cancer and I think it's beautiful! I don't think converting it from a crochet chart to a knitting chart would be all that difficult. For those who don't think they could do it why don't you explain how you did it. I've never done it and would like to know if what I'm thinking is correct.

There really isn't any difference between a knitting graph & a crochet graph.  I really don't know how to 'explain' it.  The rest of the pattern I just added 10 stitches on each side of the graph at its widest part.
